CreateiQ is designed to be used on modern web browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If your organisation does not pre-install Edge, Chrome or Firefox, you must arrange access to one of these browsers to access CreateiQ.

Internet Explorer is unfortunately not supported by CreateiQ, as Microsoft stopped providing security updates for older versions of Internet Explorer on 12 January 2016.

Emails

In order for users to be onboarded, they must be able to receive emails from CreateiQ. Please ensure that emails from the following addresses are not blocked or filtered by your organisation's email screening service:
